Fulfillment Policy for The Long Haul Fitness LLC

At The Long Haul Fitness we are committed to providing exceptional online coaching services to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to our services, including delivery, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Service Delivery

Coaching: All coaching will be delivered via Kahunas

Access to Materials: Clients will receive access to all coaching materials, including worksheets, videos, and other resources, through Kahunas.

Communication: We encourage open communication. Clients can reach out via email, WhatsApp or Kahunas for questions or support between sessions.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your coaching service, please do so at least a month in advance of needing services terminated. Cancellations made after a month has been paid for will not result in a refund of that current month

3. Refund Policy:

  • Packages: For package purchases, if you cancel your coaching services within a package already paid for, you will not receive a refund. All cancellations prior to payment are process immediately and the customer will not be charged again.

  • Program Delivery: If a client signs up, and cancels before any programming has been assigned, they can receive a refund in full. After programming has been assigned to the client, they’re no longer eligible for refund

4. Performance Disclaimer

Results May Vary: While we strive to provide valuable insights and tools, individual results may vary based on personal commitment and effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching.

5. Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, in accordance with our. privacy policy. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment.
